Born and raised in Wrightsville Beach, Catherine Yearwood began her career in fashion and marketing—eventually launching and running Hallelu, a beloved boutique in her hometown for 15 years. There, she honed her skills in marketing, visual storytelling, and understanding what people are truly drawn to—not just in what they wear, but in how they want to feel in the spaces they live and gather.

After selling her boutique, Catherine founded Catherine Yearwood Consulting, where she helped entrepreneurs scale their businesses through strategic brand development, creative direction, and operational clarity. Across every project, her approach has remained consistent: create environments that are thoughtful, personal, and beautifully intentional.

Today, that passion has evolved naturally into real estate. Catherine brings her unique blend of creativity, local knowledge, and business acumen to help buyers, sellers, and investors not just find homes—but discover spaces that reflect who they are and how they want to live.
